Do you design homes outside of British Columbia?
Both design homes and prepare drawings for construction, but for most residential projects, an architectural designer is the more practical choice. Designers specialize in custom homes and small buildings, offering the same creative expertise and technical skill at a more accessible cost. With a personalized, hands-on approach, they focus on functional design and delivering high-quality plans that bring your vision to life - without the large-scale fees often associated with architects.

The construction drawings (formally referred to as blueprints) cover every aspect of your home, including the Site Plan, Foundation Plan, Floor Plans, Roof Plan, Side Elevations, Building Sections, Electrical Plan, Exterior Cladding Finishes, and a Window and Exterior Door Schedule.
You’ll also receive full-color exterior 3D renderings and black-and-white interior 3D renderings, along with virtual 3D home walkthroughs during meetings to help you visualize your design in detail.
These drawings are prepared collaboratively with clients, through three design phases: Concept Design, Preliminary Design, and Construction Drawings.
